Agent registration → NDA and agency agreement → you introduce a company (loan, bonds, investor, sale) → we run the deal and keep you updated → the reward is paid on closing; terms are set in the agency agreement.

Partner profiles and project information are not disclosed without the parties' consent.

No obligations before a project

Joining the network does not bind either party; obligations arise under a contract for a specific project.

Transparent economics

Participation terms — fee, equity, option — are agreed in writing before work starts.

Selection

We don't build a database for its own sake: we take people for whom we can genuinely find a project.
